Comicology: The Kingdom Come Companion (Ardmore, PA, Harbor Press, 1998). 272-page, comprehensive study of the Kingdom Come series by Mark Waid & Alex Ross. Lots of previously unpublished material. The books was withdrawn from sale following a complaint from DC Comics and most of the print-run was recalled and destroyed. Very scarce. £60.
