John Higgins: Battlestar Galactica part 1

The above annual cover is based on elements from two 1978 posters. The spaceships are from a poster by Robert Tannenbaum (below left) whilst the figures are from another poster, which might also be by Tannenbaum, but I've not been able to confirm the artist.

The bulk of the annual was drawn by John Higgins, making it one of the best-looking annuals of that era. More from John Higgins and Battlestar Galactica tomorrow.
