Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea part 1

This week's strip comes from Tell Me Why from 1 March 1969 to 3 May 1969, an adaptation of Jules Verne's Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The artist is Gino D'Antonio who was a regular in various British comics between 1956-1971. Enjoy it... and fans of "Eagles Over the Western Front" need not worry as Harry Hawkes will be returning next week.

Absolutely stunning artwork!

Many thanks for posting these Steve, I've seen very little of D'Antonio's output beyond the superlative work he created for War and Battle Picture Library.

So this is a real treat!
